How to make a return

If you want to return a product, you must send an email to the address: [e-mail] within 14 days of receipt of the product indicating:

1. The reason for the return
2. If the product has a defect, describe the defect found accompanied by photos.
3. The order number.
4. The code of the defective product.

Our customer service will confirm that the return can be made and an authorization code will be issued. Then proceed to send us the product:

1. Pack the product in all its parts. The packaging must carefully cover the goods, if possible reuse the original one.
2. Indicates the return code, received from our customer service, outside the package.
3. Send the product to AXO, VIA MONTELLO 46, 31040, NERVESA DELLA BATTAGLIA (TV).

Shipments paid by the recipient (AXO) will not be accepted.
