In case of receipt of a defective product, an email must be sent to the following address: info@axo.com
- Communicate the defect found to the e-mail address within 15 days of receipt of the product indicating the order code, the defective product and the defect found.
- Pack the product in all its parts.
- The packaging carried out must carefully cover the goods.
- Send the product to AXO VIA MONTELLO 46 31040 NERVESA DELLA BATTAGLIA (TV). Shipping costs to AXO are charged to the customers.
- The shipping costs to the customer will instead be borne by AXO unless the returned item does not present any defect. In this case the shipments are still charged to the customer.
- Shipments paid by the recipient (AXO) will not be accepted.
