How much are the shipping costs in case of purchase of bulky or heavy material?
Volume and weight do not affect shipping costs.

Shipping to post office boxes or post office boxes is not possible.
Delivery time
Orders with material available in stock are processed and shipped within 24/48 hours. To avoid delays in delivery we ask for a telephone number, so that the courier can contact you in case of need. Choose a delivery address where the courier can find you or a delegate during delivery time (from 9: 00-18: 00). We remind you that the courier is required to collect the amount of the order if you have chosen cash on delivery.
Delay in delivery and unavailability of the goods
The online store is updated in real time on the real stocks of the items in our warehouses, in exceptional cases there may be a delay in delivery, that is to say that the desired goods are no longer available. In these cases you will be contacted immediately. We reserve the right to carry out partial deliveries in the event that eg. one of the items ordered should not be available. In this case, only the available items will be delivered to you and we will only charge you for the items shipped.
In which cases are the shipping costs not paid?
The shipping costs charged to the customer are always present unless otherwise specified on the site under shipping or in the case of promotions.
Is the promotion of free transport also valid for abroad?
The free shipping promotion is also active for foreign shipments if the order amount is equal to or greater than € 99.96 and excluding Corsica whose shipping cost is € 42.95.
Possible damage on delivery
If at the time of delivery of the package you notice tampering with the seals or in any case the package is obviously damaged, we invite you to collect it subject to "control reserve". After receiving the package you will need to check the goods contained. If it is damaged, write to us at the email address info@axo.com attaching photographs of the damage.
